An overall nice forum, good use of greys, always looks good and effective. The banner is very nice and has a good use of filters, stocks and a great font also!

Gradients are very simple but yet nice! You could maybe add some detail to them, or try to make them look a little more original.

The background in my opinion really doesnt fit. Its way too bold, stands out too much and should maybe lightend a bit.

To improve your forum you could make the affiliates table at the bottom of your forum the same widht as the rest of the forum. Also design some new and old post icons and maybe some nav buttons too.

Yes, thank you. Finally, a person who doesn't say to me: "Why the hell are you using gray?!" The things you mentioned I will be working on soon, don't know when, but they will get done. I hope. :P
